Lush Life Hospitality Group is a chef‑driven hospitality company based on Long Island’s North Shore, developing, operating and managing a growing portfolio of restaurants, culinary markets, and hospitality experiences for both its own portfolio and collaborative partners. 

Founded by restaurateurs Chef Jesse Schenker and Claudia Taglich, the group brings together culinary ambition, thoughtful design, and a deeply personal approach to hospitality. 

Each Lush Life concept is unique in style and spirit—from refined dining rooms and intimate chef’s counters to neighborhood restaurants and culinary markets—but all share a commitment to thoughtful cooking, warm service, and spaces designed to bring people together.

Beyond its own restaurants, Lush Life also provides hospitality development and management expertise, guiding projects from early concept through design, construction, financial planning, and operational leadership.
